During my stay at Arzo Hotel Makati, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of assistance I received with parking. The security guard kindly offered to keep an eye on my car while I was inside the hotel, which put my mind at ease. It's not easy to get reliable parking assistance, and I appreciated this extra service.

I booked the Family Room at Arzo Hotel, and it was quite spacious, providing ample room for my family. We enjoyed the privacy and the layout, which was perfect for us. Although the room had its quirks, the space itself was a highlight that allowed us to enjoy our time together without feeling cramped.
